RETURN POLICY
At Gundi Studios, we always give our best efforts to ensure that the product(s) you order online meet your expectations. However, under unforeseen circumstances, we strive to rectify any such claims or discrepancies related to your purchase. In these cases, you may be able to return or exchange the product(s) according to the policies outlined below.
Eligibility: Any product(s) purchased from our shop will qualify as a return if it meets any of the following condition(s):
• Products with major quality defects
• Products damaged during shipment
• Products shipped that are the wrong product, size or color
• Product lost in shipment
• Product is not a custom-made order
General Procedure: You are requested to inform our Customer Service with a desire to exchange or return a product within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product. Based on your location, we will be able to inform you about the return procedure suitable for you. Please reach out to us by sending an email to [hello@gundistudios.com], and we will get in touch regarding your return.
Exchanges
We will cover shipping for exchanges within the United States. After speaking with Customer Services, you will receive a return label via email. Upon receipt of your return, we will ask that you place your new order and we will move forward with processing the refund for your returned purchase.
Returns
According to the eligibility requirements, we may agree to refund your purchase. A return policy fee of $20 USD will be deducted from your original order total to cover the cost of your return label and our restocking fee. After speaking to Customer Services you will receive a return label via email. Upon receipt of your return, we will process your return with the fee reduction. By requesting a return you are agreeing to pay our return policy fees. Please note that we will only refund the return of products that are new, unworn, and unwashed with all tags on when received by the Gundi Studios team. Legal and Regulatory Compliance: We commit to comply with all applicable legal and regulatory compliance requirements applicable to our business, including but not limited to, the consumer protection laws of the State of New York. By using our website to purchase our products, you signify your acceptance of this Return Policy. If you do not agree to this Return Policy, you should not use the website to purchase our products.
Sales tax
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in New York.
